Condolence: Sue and Josh and your entire family,

I am so sorry to hear of Joe's passing and I am keeping you in my thoughts. I am reluctant to refer to his passing as a loss although I know you must feel that, but Joe is such a part of your lives and passions that he will always be with you. I am forever grateful that Joe shared his love of the ocean and surfing with Josh and I and will always cherish the memories of me and Josh embarking on "Dawn patrol" surfing missions in the Ford Ranger flair- none of which would have happened but for Joe sharing the passion of surfing and the infinite sense of adventure chasing waves!

Much love from all the Filla family!

Condolence: Joe Gallitano was much more than a great lawyer, he was just a good guy. Whenever I saw him, he put a smile on my face and always had something interesting to tell me.
Thanks Joe for letting me use your house in Key West. What a place.
I will miss you my friend. You were truly a professional and a gentleman.
The Bar has lost a great man.

Condolence: Dear Sue and Josh,
John and I and the kids are so deeply saddened by Joe’s
passing and could hardly believe what we were reading! Please know that you and Josh are in our thoughts and prayers. I am sending you hugs and will be thinking of all of you during this coming week especially. The beach will not be the same without him and that will take some getting used to. There really are no words Sue. Love, The Coyne Family

Condolence: I remember when Joe was first elected to the Plymouth board of Selectmen, I was just graduating high school and several of us kids appeared before the board to attempt to get them to leave the beach open after hours as they had decided to close it at night. It seemed like the other members of the board had already made up their minds to say no before we had a chance to speak and in retrospect for good reason. However, Selectman Gallitano was interested in what we had to say. I always respected him for that. He was a good guy.
