Mary Estelle  Bandera
Bandera, Mary Estelle (Campbell), 89, passed away suddenly on Sunday, October 22, in Plymouth surrounded by her loving family.
Mary was born in Quincy, MA on June 26,1928 and graduated from Quincy High School. After graduation, she worked as a telephone operator for the New England Telephone Company. It was here that she met, Kenneth, her husband of thirty-three years. They moved to Weymouth, where they raised their family for the next 20 years while also enjoying many summers at their family home on Cape Cod.
Mary's passions were gardening, playing bridge, reading and cooking. She loved spending time with her family and friends and was an avid Red Sox fan.
She is survived by her children Ken and Dolly Bandera of Dennis, MA, Ann and Jim Hallahan of Kingston, MA, Eileen and Jim Keegan of Carver, MA, Michael and Audrey Bandera of St. Petersburg, FL, Lisa and Steven Theoharidis of Sedgwick, ME, her grandchildren Keith, Tracey, Dom, Liz, Nicky, Michael, Zachary, Stevie, Maddie, Lucas and 10 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth.
Funeral arrangements will be under the care of the Bartlett Funeral Home, 338 Court Street, Plymouth. Visiting hours will be held at the funeral home on Monday, October 30 from 4-7 pm. A funeral service will be on Tuesday, October 31 at 11 am at the Bartlett Funeral Home followed by a celebration of life luncheon.
