Michael Joseph Miskell (December 4, 1937-March 21, 2017)

Michael J. Miskell passed away peacefully on March 21, 2017 at the Falmouth Hospital in Falmouth, MA. He was the son of the late Michael and Margaret (Ryan) Miskell of Watertown, MA. Michael graduated from St. Mary's High School in Belmont, MA and received a bachelor's degree from Salem State University in Salem, MA. He was a senior vice president of Purity Supreme until 1986 and retired from Pet Supplies Plus in 2012.

He is survived by his loving wife, Marjorie (Hoyle) Miskell of Falmouth, MA and his adoring daughters, Colleen Dahn of Falmouth MA and Kelly Durant and husband Paul of Andover, MA. His grandchildren, Cicely Dahn and Trey, Megan and Ella Durant. His siblings Margaret and Robert Champey of Falmouth, MA, Elizabeth Mollner of Greenbrea, CA, Helen Joyce and her late husband Walter of Manchester, NH, and sister in law Judy Miskell of Woburn, MA. He was predeceased by his brother John Miskell and Sister Mary Boissoneau. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and extended family.

Michael's greatest joy in life was spending time with his wife, children and grandchildren. He will be forever remembered as the best PopPop ever. Michael was blessed to be surrounded by his loving family and wonderful friends.

The family welcomes you to join them in celebrating Michael's life at the Coonamessett Inn in Falmouth, MA at 11am on Sunday March 26, 2017. Children are welcome.
